The Station North Arts and Entertainment District is one of three state-designated A&E districts in Baltimore. Located along the Charles Street National Scenic Byway, Station North boasts no fewer than 15 theaters and performance venues. The historic Charles Theater is a focal point of the annual Maryland Film Festival. Each summer, the district hosts Artscape, the largest free public arts festival in the nation.
