Information Ownership, Use and Distribution

Photo Usage Policy
The Baltimore Heritage Area Association, Inc. retains the rights to all images used on www.explorebaltimore.org. Some materials have been donated or obtained from individuals or organizations and may be subject to additional restrictions on use. Permission to use images from www.explorebaltimore.org must be obtained in writing from the Baltimore Heritage Area Association, Inc. Some images/graphics are used by the Baltimore Heritage Area Association, Inc. with permission. For other use, you may need to obtain permission from the copyright holder under copyright law.
Interested partners, government organizations, nonprofit and educational institutions may use imagery, video and audio material for educational or informational purposes, including photo collections, textbooks, public exhibits and Internet Web pages by contacting the Baltimore Heritage Area Association, Inc. with the following information: 1.)
