Baltimore National Heritage Area Announces Recipients of 2017 Small Cap Grants
Since 2004, the Baltimore National Heritage Area has managed the Small Capital Grant Program funded by the City of Baltimore. The grants make relatively small, but strategic, investments in structural improvements for the city’s cultural, historic, and natural resources. On average, the Small Cap grants leverage an additional $13 in investment for every $1 granted.
